...program mengurangkan berat badan..hehe..ya, bulan Ramadan mmberikan sy kemudahan utk mencapai misi ni..knapa ni goal sy?well, senang crite tetibe je sy jd gemoks..ehem, tetibe je ye..hehe..ye..rakan2, adik beradik mengejek2 kegemukan ini..

i cr utk maintain la..alhamdulillah, total weight loss (ckp ala2 biggest loser k!) selama dr bln 3 hingga bulan 8 ialah...5kg!ok x?1kg for 1month..yay!
